Oostenrijk Group has been awarded with numerous certificates that guarantee the quality of our company and our products. In addition, Oostenrijk is affiliated with a number of organisations that contribute to the sustainability and safety within the transportation sector.
The ISO 9000 is family of quality management systems standards designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service.
SO 14000 is a certificate relating to environmental management that serves to help organisations minimise how their operations negatively affect the environment; comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other environmentally oriented requirements; and continually improve in the above.
Convenant IL & T
The Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport (IL & T) supervises compliance with driving and resting times of chauffeurs within the private passenger transport sector. The top passenger services are eligible for an enforcement convenant, including Oostenrijk Group. Every element of the law must be strictly adhered to by the parties involved. This also applies to safety and quality inspections.
De Milieu Barometer
Oostenrijk Group is an eco-friendly company with a priority for sustainability. That is why we are affiliated with ‘The Environmental Barometer’. This versatile instrument gives insights into the environmental performance and ‘carbon footprint’ of an organisation. As we aspire to make environmental gains, the Environmental Barometer helps us clarify our priorities and areas for improvement.
Global Passenger Network
Oostenrijk Group is a proud co-founder of the Global Passengers Network (GPN). The Global Passenger Network (GPN) comprises a worldwide network of highly-qualified touringcar companies. The network is currently represented by 39 countries and Oostenrijk Group is the official representative of GPN in the Netherlands. By using our services, customers abroad can also count on the high level of service and quality that they have come to expect from us.
The Koninklijk Nederlands Vervoer (KNV) is a federal employers’ organisation for passenger transport and freight transport by rail. The KNV Bus represents a large proportion of all coach companies – a total of about 75% of the 4,500 touringcars in the Netherlands. Buses and coaches are the cleanest and most carbon-efficient means of transport. By encouraging people to travel by bus and coach, we can significantly limit our negative environmental impact.
The National Limousine Association (NLA) is a non-profit organisation founded in 1985. It represents and promotes the global, national, and regional interests of drivers within the luxury transport sector. The members of NLA are owners of limousines, operators, suppliers, manufacturers, local and national limousine organisations.
The United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) has been established to increase the confidence in tour operators. Following the adage ‘Integrity in Tourism,’ its members are expected to adhere to the highest standards in the industry, including the principle of ethical conduct, to which business is done according to a set of professional standards. This includes clearly proclaiming all facts, conditions and requirements related to travel- and vacation packages.
