"I'm a driver now, but that was preceded by a real career change. I worked for years as a mechanic at KLM and then in sales. But after the pandemic, I was laid off, along with forty other colleagues. They did help me find something else, as did the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) and the advisor I got afterward."
